Sarah Campbell, Ph.D. (she/her)

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who offers psychotherapy for individuals and couples. My goal is to provide you with compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based treatments for a variety of mental health conditions. I have specialized training in treating anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and couples’ relationship concerns, among other conditions, and I have over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples in their therapy goals.

The strategies I use have rigorous scientific research supporting their usefulness. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness-based therapies, and couple therapies that improve closeness and communication. I value working with individuals and couples to improve their day-to-day functioning, cultivate self-compassion, and manage their mental health. I foster an open, non-judgmental, and supportive relationship with my clients, and work within that relationship to teach you strategies you can put to use right away.

I offer limited in-person appointments for therapy in Seattle or telehealth in all PSYPACT states.

Meghan Keough, Ph.D., Co-Founder (she/her)

I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. My background and expertise are in working with individuals experiencing mood (both unipolar and bipolar) and anxiety disorders as well as OCD and related conditions such as skin picking and hair pulling. Seeking and engaging in psychological services can transform one’s life but can also be intimidating. My goal as a therapist is to meet my patients where they are at and collaborate with them to identify and work toward their treatment goals. I work to empower my patients through a focus on bolstering their strengths and acquiring new tools. To do this, I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapies as well as complementary therapeutic modalities.

Christine Paprocki, Ph.D., Co-Founder (she/her)

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in couple therapy and treatment of anxiety disorders. I take a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, meaning that I will work with you to examine connections between patterns of thinking, behavior, and emotions that can contribute to difficulties you may be experiencing. I will take time with you to understand the full context of the symptoms and stressors you are facing, and collaborate with you to form a tailored treatment plan. Treatment often involves goal-setting, tracking symptoms to better understand their impact on you, and between-session exercises to apply skills learned in therapy to daily life.

I really enjoy working with couples – we will explore patterns in your communication that may be creating challenges, and discuss strategies for de-escalating conflict and more deeply listening to each other’s perspectives. I have specialized training in working with couples where one or both partners have an anxiety or mood disorder that may be impacting the relationship, as well as with couples that are experiencing the aftermath of infidelity or navigating a life transition together.

Kim Pentel, Ph.D. (she/her)

I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in couple therapy and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders. I deliver LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma-informed care. All folks deserve to feel fully heard and seen in therapy, and I work to create a space to bring your full self into therapy. My approach is collaborative, interpersonal, and culturally tailored. You are the expert on your own experience. Thus, I hope to partner with you to offer structure, support, and skills to process your thoughts and emotions and to progress towards your goals.

My individual therapy approach draws on evidence based (i.e., well-researched and effective) forms of therapy, mainly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT; examining how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact). I also draw upon Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety disorders, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma/PTSD, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, and mindfulness, as appropriate.

For couple therapy, I provide tailored, affirming care to diverse constellations of couples, drawing upon two forms of couple therapy: Cognitive-Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT) and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). Together, these approaches equip partners move past unhelpful patterns, reconnect, more deeply understand how to tend to oneself and the relationship – preparing couples to cope with stressors in life as a united team.
